Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, partially used items, or products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement after the original item has been returned and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
