Refund Policy

At Agua Fresca Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible.

  • Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, partially used items, or products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement after the original item has been returned and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
