From the Mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua
Located in Cerro Datanlí-El Diablo Nature Reserve in Jinotega, Nicaragua, our farm thrives in a rare microclimate of mist, rain, and mountain air. This lush, protected land allows us to grow exceptional coffee while preserving the natural ecosystem.
Sustainable from the Ground Up
We grow 100% Arabica beans that are shade-grown in their native land. Of our farm, about half is dedicated to coffee cultivation, while the rest remains untouched natural rainforest. This balance ensures biodiversity, protects soil health, and supports long-term sustainability.

The Gift of Fresh Water
Seven natural springs and streams flow through the estate, inspiring the name “Agua Fresca.” These protected waters nourish our crops, support local wildlife, and sustain our community.
